It is one of the short treks of 12 days with an opportunity to view magnificent views of Tawanche, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Everest. After spending a day in Kathmandu with sightseen of different heritages, we will leave for Lukla in the early morning. During our trek, we will also visit Tengboche Gumba, situated at 3867m above sea level and is the largest monastery of Khumbu region. This Everest View Trek covers the panoramic mountain view of Khumbu region, flora and fauna experiencing unique culture of Sherpa people. This short and easy trek is designed for people, who wish to have life time experience in short period of time.
Day 01 : Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
You will be picked up and welcome by our representative at the airport. Then our representative will drive you to our designated hotel.
Day 02 : Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) and then trek to Phakding (2610m). 3-4 hours.
In the early morning of 2nd day, we will catch our Lukla flight, which will take us over beautiful hill and majestic mountains. Within 30 min, we will land Tenzing-Hillary Aiport, where we will be greeted by our experienced and honest field staff. Then, we will start our trekking to Phakding to adjust and acclimatize with the environment.
Day 03 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 6-7 hours
After having tasty breakfast at Phakding, our trek leads us to the famous market called Namche Bazaar. We will also pass through small villages like Jorsalle and Mono. At the north side of Phakding, Monjo lies and it is the main entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. While going through the national park, we will also cross Dudh Koshi river to arrive Namche Bazaar. We can have superb view of Everest, Thamserku, Taboche and Khumbila mountains from this famous market of Khumbu region.
Day 04 : Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar
During this period, we will have plenty of time to get acclimatization with the help of our guide in visiting resturants, cafes, shops etc. We can also hike to Sagarmatha National Park and have sunrise views. The views of Everest, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Kongde and other mountains are just superb. If interested, we can trek to the settlement of Sherpa people called Khumjung and experience their culture, food and language.
Day 05 : Namche Bazaar to Khumjung
Everest View Hotel is two hours walking from Namchhe Bazaar and from that hotel, we can have the 360 degree view of mountains and enjoy the surrounding. After some time at the hotel, we descend to Khumjung ( 3780m) to have look at the monastery and historic school- Khumjung Hillary School. We can also find the skull of Yeti being displayed at the Khumjung Monastery. Then we again arrive at Namchhe through Syangboche and have a nice sleep.
Day 06 : Trek to Tengboche (3860m). 5-6 hours.
From Namchhe Bazaar, we will follow easy trail, which leads to Dudh Koshi valley and then to Phunke Tanga. If we climb up from this place, then we will be at the village named Tengboche. On the route, we can see superb flora and fauna, mountains, waterfalls etc. We can keep our mind peace by visiting the Tengbochhe monastery- the biggest and sacred monastery in Khumbu region. The monastery is also the perfect place for stunning views of mountains like Everest, Amadablam, Taboche, Thamserku and other numerous mountains.
Day 07 : Tengboche to Kyangjuma
Now, the descending trek starts from Tengboche towards Dudh Koshi, which goes through the forest of rhododendron. Another destination we arrive is Kyangjuma after crossing Tashinga and Sanasa. While here, we get to appreciate spectacular views of Ama-dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhose and Everest.
Day 08 : Kyangjuma to Monjo. 6-7 hours
The trial passes through dense forest with ups, downs and windings and lead us to Didh Koshi river. After crossing this river, we will exit Sagarmatha National park in order to take overnight rest at Monjo. On the route, we can keep our eye on mountain goats, snow leopards, pheasants etc while crossing through the forest.
Day 09 : Monjo to Lukla. 4-5 hours
Day 10 : Fly to Kathmandu
Inclusion

- Nepalese visa fee
- International airfare to and from Kathmandu
- Excess baggage charges
- Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu
- Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu in case of early arrival, late departure, and early return from the mountain (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary
- Travel and rescue insurance(Should be covered helicopter evacuation incase of problem on the trek and medical also)
- Personal expenses (phone calls, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, extra porters, bottle or boiled water, shower, etc.)
- Tips for guide(s), porter(s) and driver(s)
